Summary of our opportunity: This role supports the shareholder relations activities of both ICG plc and ICG Enterprise Trust plc. The team, currently comprising four individuals, is responsible for preparing and delivering regulatory and other market announcements, together with associated presentations, working closely with colleagues across functions including finance, Client Solutions Group and legal. The team also plays a central role in shaping engagement with buy‑side and sell‑side market participants. The team is largely based in London and has a strong culture of attention to detail, collaboration and continuous improvement.
