You will work across the shareholder relations activities of both ICG plc, a FTSE 100 alternative asset manager, and ICG Enterprise Trust plc, a FTSE 250 investment trust, contributing to a broad and varied range of work across both businesses. You will gain valuable experience supporting shareholder relations for two distinct listed businesses, helping to translate strategy and operating performance into clear financial and market narratives. Summary of our opportunity: This role supports the shareholder relations activities of both ICG plc and ICG Enterprise Trust plc. The team, currently comprising four individuals, is responsible for preparing and delivering regulatory and other market announcements, together with associated presentations, working closely with colleagues across functions including finance, Client Solutions Group and legal. The team also plays a central role in shaping engagement with buy‑side and sell‑side market participants. The team is largely based in London and has a strong culture of attention to detail, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities
  • ICG’s performance in a public markets context – monitoring peer reporting and relevant market developments, and helping to identify the implications for ICG’s positioning; providing insight into how our positioning, messaging and presentation compare with market practice and evolving investor expectations; maintaining accurate consensus for ICG plc and understanding the key drivers of changes.
  • Production of announcements and materials – supporting the production of high‑quality results announcements and presentations for both companies; liaising with a range of internal teams and coordinating internal workstreams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Shareholder targeting – working with colleagues on active shareholder targeting as both vehicles seek to broaden and deepen their shareholder bases over time; maintaining up‑to‑date target lists, supporting colleagues to ensure appropriate follow‑up actions are in place, and helping to organise roadshows to meet target shareholders.
