This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their company secretarial career in a listed, multinational asset manager with exposure to a wide range of governance matters. In this role, you will be supporting market announcements, statutory filings, Board and Committee processes, share buyback administration, PDMR notifications and wider governance projects. You will work closely with colleagues across the Secretariat function, Group Legal and the wider business, as well as external advisers, gaining practical experience of listed company requirements and the day‑to‑day operation of an in‑house Secretariat function.
