Job summary

ICG plc in London is seeking an Analyst, Shareholder Relations to support the shareholder relations activities for two listed vehicles, delivering regulatory announcements, presentations and market communications.

You will collaborate with finance, legal and investor teams, contributing to roadshows, target lists and the translation of strategy into clear financial narratives with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in UK financial markets (e.g., investment bank, law firm, buy‑side background).
• Strong written communication skills in English to convey complex information clearly.
• Desirable: understanding of private markets.

Responsibilities

• Support production of announcements and materials for ICG plc and ICG Enterprise Trust plc, coordinating internal workstreams to meet deadlines.
• Assist with shareholder targeting, roadshows and engagement with buy‑side and sell‑side market participants.
• Maintain attention to detail and provide clear financial narrative across disclosures and presentations.
