Job summary

RGB Recruitment Ltd in Eastleigh is seeking a Sales Executive to manage the resale of shared ownership properties from start to finish, acting as the main contact for buyers and sellers. You will liaise with solicitors, Local Authorities and external partners, assess eligibility, support financial assessments, and ensure AML compliance while guiding customers through the conveyancing journey.

Permanent role or a 6‑month FTC, full-time (37 hours per week) with a salary around £35,052 per annum

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy property sales environment.
• Experience marketing and selling residential property.
• Good understanding of house sales and conveyancing process.
• Knowledge of shared ownership/home ownership schemes.
• Understanding of mortgages and lender affordability assessments.
• Strong knowledge of the residential property market.
• Excellent customer service skills and handling challenging transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the resale of shared ownership properties from start to finish.
• Be the main point of contact for sellers and purchasers.
• Liaise with solicitors, Local Authorities, Home Buy Agents and external partners.
• Process buyer applications and assess eligibility.
• Support financial assessments and AML compliance.
• Provide advice on shared ownership and home ownership schemes.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and completions where required.
• Keep buyers updated throughout the sales and conveyancing process.
• Maintain accurate records and internal systems.
