Job summary

RGB in Eastleigh is seeking a Sales Executive on a permanent basis to manage the resale of shared ownership properties from enquiry to completion. You will act as the main contact for sellers and buyers, coordinating transactions and keeping records up to date.

The role requires knowledge of residential property, shared ownership, conveyancing or new homes, plus strong communication and organisational skills. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between locations are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Background knowledge in residential property, shared ownership, conveyancing, or new homes.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience in busy property sales environment is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the resale of shared ownership properties from start to finish.
• Act as the main point of contact for sellers and purchasers.
• Liaise with solicitors, Local Authorities, Home Buy Agents and external partners.
• Process buyer applications and assess eligibility.
• Support financial assessments and ensure Anti-Money Laundering compliance.
• Provide advice on shared ownership and home ownership schemes.
• Arrange and carry out property viewings and completions when required.
• Keep buyers updated throughout the sales and conveyancing process.
• Maintain accurate records and internal systems.
