Job summary

RGB in Eastleigh is seeking a Resales Executive – Property / Shared Ownership to manage the resale of shared ownership homes from initial enquiry to completion. You will act as the main contact for customers throughout the journey, coordinating with solicitors, buyers and housing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property sales, conveyancing, shared ownership or new homes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills for managing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Managing shared ownership resales through to completion.
• Acting as the main point of contact for sellers and purchasers.
• Liaising with solicitors, Local Authorities, HomeBuy Agents and external partners.
• Processing buyer applications and assessing eligibility.
• Supporting financial assessments and ensuring Anti-Money Laundering compliance.
• Providing advice on shared ownership and home ownership schemes.
• Arranging and carrying out property viewings and completions where required.
• Keeping buyers updated throughout the sales and conveyancing process.
• Maintaining accurate records and internal systems.
• Producing reports and monitoring scheme progress.
• Supporting marketing activity, open days and property launches.
• Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the entire journey.
