Job summary

• Proven experience in managing share schemes and advising on related structures.
• Strong knowledge of SEIS/EIS, ESOPs, and related tax considerations.
• Excellent analytical abilities and ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or lead the management and development of share schemes.
• Design and implement share incentive plans for diverse clients.
• Provide expert tax and incentives guidance to stakeholders and clients.
• Support on ESOPs, EMI, CSOP, Hurdle Shares, and M&A related aspects.
