Job summary

Taxation is seeking a Tax Assistant Manager to lead advisory work on share schemes and incentive plans for a mixed portfolio of listed and private clients. Based in Leeds with flexible hybrid working, you will design, implement, and operate equity and cash incentive arrangements in the UK and internationally.

You will advise on tax and legal implications for employers and employees, support worldwide delivery, and contribute to client communication, documentation, and business development

Qualifications

• Experience in UK/Global Incentive Plan consulting.
• Ability to work with diverse client base and explain complex issues clearly.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on structure and design of employee equity and cash incentive plans.
• Support implementation of plans in the UK and globally.
• Advise on tax and legal implications of incentive plans worldwide.
• Advise on tax implications for mobile employees/expatriates.
• Develop tax compliant, tax efficient incentive delivery strategies.
• Prepare share plan documents and client communications.
• Draft technical updates for clients on tax/legal changes affecting incentives.
• Attend client meetings and discuss advice with clients.
• Assist with proposals and business development such as slides and bid responses.
