Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an experienced professional to join its Employee Share Plan team. The role focuses on designing and implementing employee incentive arrangements for listed and privately owned businesses, with strong tax expertise as essential and legal/accounting knowledge as helpful.

You will design and manage schemes, develop strategic proposals, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders while staying current with legislation and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong tax expertise is essential; legal and accounting skills are helpful but not required.
• Experience in EMI schemes, CSOPs, growth shares, EBTs and EOTs is preferred.
• Proven experience in a professional services firm or relevant industry role, ideally focused on employee incentives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Leadership experience, including managing and supporting teams at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage employee incentive schemes that meet client needs and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop strategic incentive proposals through cross-functional collaboration, analysis, and due diligence.
• Prepare clear recommendations and present them to senior stakeholders to secure support for proposed schemes.
• Stay up to date with legislation and market trends while mentoring junior team members and supporting their development.
