Job summary

K3 Advisory Group is seeking a hands-on Email & SMS Specialist to deliver and optimise email and SMS campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will manage build, deployment, and performance across journeys, personalisation and data-driven optimisation.

Working with the Journey & Lifecycle Senior Manager, you will implement AI-driven segmentation, AMPscript, and data extensions, ensuring inbox health, measurement and revenue contribution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on email and SMS marketing specialist with SFMC experience.
• Strong technical understanding of SFMC and data-driven optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, optimise and maintain email/SMS communications from SFMC.
• Own Email Studio, Mobile Studio and Content Builder execution layers, including AMPscript and personalisation strings.
• Develop scalable content blocks and reusable templates for the team.
• Monitor inbox placement, sender reputation and unsubscribe rates; safeguard channel health.
• Report on engagement, conversions and revenue contribution weekly and monthly.
