Job summary

K3 Advisory Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Email & SMS Specialist to deliver and optimise marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will own build, deployment, and performance optimisation of email and SMS communications, working with the Journey & Lifecycle Senior Manager to drive automated, personalised messaging across the audience.

Qualifications

Experience managing email/SMS campaigns in SFMC.
Strong data-driven approach to improve open rates and conversions.
Ability to implement AI-driven segmentation and personalised content.

Responsibilities

Own Email Studio, Mobile Studio and Content Builder execution.
Build and deploy emails: nurture, sales enablement, event, cross-sell, triggers.
Manage SMS programme with triggered messages and reminders.
Develop AMPscript and dynamic logic within SFMC.
Create modular templates and reusable content blocks for the team.
Configure journey emails, SMS activities, triggers and content.
Monitor inbox health, sender reputation, and unsubscribe trends.
Run testing and optimisation with content and segmentation teams.
Ensure clean and validated data extensions for all sends.
Report on engagement, pipeline and revenue contribution weekly/monthly.
