A healthcare provider in the UK is offering a part-time Band 2 Receptionist role at Stoke Sexual Health services. The successful candidate will provide customer service support, manage appointments, and maintain client records. Candidates must possess NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service or equivalent and have experience in public-facing roles. This role involves administrative support and direct interaction with service users to enhance their access to care options. Competitive salary of £24,465 per annum, pro rata, and permanent contract.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Receptionist role at our Stoke Sexual Health services. The role is part‑time, 30 hours a week.
The post holder will support service users to access all aspects of the provision available from the Integrated Sexual Health Service, and provide support to the Customer Services Supervisor regarding customer service for service users.
The post holder will maintain patient/client records in accordance with Information Management policies, updating demographics and clinic details on the Inform system where necessary. Paper clinical records may need to be prepared, retrieved and filed for some services and ensuring compliance on filing, retention and destruction, including scanning and archiving where appropriate.
