• Provide phlebotomy services for patients attending iCaSH Milton Keynes.
• Offer information and risk-reduction advice to patients and visitors.
• Undertake non-clinical duties in support of admin tasks and reception as needed.
• Participate in outreach and health promotion events when requested.
