Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd in Kettering, Northamptonshire is seeking a Sewing Machinist to produce high-quality finished products to exacting standards. You will join a skilled team and contribute to efficient, safe manufacturing processes.

The standard shift is 6:00am–2:00pm with flexibility for right candidates. Part-time applicants will be considered; you should have sewing machine experience and strong attention to detail.

The Role

As a Sewing Machinist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality finished products to the required standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Sewing a variety of materials, including:
  • Leather
  • PVC
  • Ultra Fabric
  • Felt
• Operating industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently
• Following production specifications and quality standards
• Ensuring finished products meet the required quality expectations
• Working alongside a team of experienced and skilled sewing machinists
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

Flexible Working Available

The standard working shift is6:00am – 2:00pm, however, there is flexibility around working hours for the right candidates.

• Site operating hours finish at6:30pm
• No evening shifts beyond 6:30pm
• 30-minute unpaid break
