Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd in Kettering, Northamptonshire is seeking a Sewing Machinist to produce high-quality finished products to exacting standards. You will join a skilled team and contribute to efficient, safe manufacturing processes.

The standard shift is 6:00am–2:00pm with flexibility for right candidates. Part-time applicants will be considered; you should have sewing machine experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using a sewing machine – essential.
• Basic sewing knowledge.
• Experience with different materials would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sewing a variety of materials, including Leather, PVC, Ultra Fabric, Felt.
• Operating industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently.
• Following production specifications and quality standards.
• Ensuring finished products meet the required quality expectations.
• Working alongside a team of experienced and skilled sewing machinists.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
