• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and report Settlement Deeds per HS2 manual and BBV requirements.
• Use HS2 SRM for managing settlement deeds and document contact details.
• Coordinate administration of settlement deeds and monitor survey progress.
• Coordinate delivery of support to performance and assurance of Settlement Deeds.
• Record all communications with stakeholders as evidence.
• Collaborate with HS2, petitioners, stakeholders and other contractors to support project objectives.
