Job summary

HS2 Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a diligent data and governance support on the Midlands section of the project. You will assist with data gathering, storage, and GDPR compliance, recording stakeholder communications, and collaborating with HS2, petitioners, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.

You will help escalate issues, uphold safety standards, and contribute to BBV sustainability activities while maintaining an adaptable and proactive approach to progressing the works.

Qualifications

Experience with data collection and records management in a large-scale project.
Understanding of GDPR and information governance practices.
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

Manage data gathering, collation and storage with GDPR compliance.
Record all communications with stakeholders as evidence where applicable.
Collaborate with HS2, petitioners, stakeholders and subcontractors to support project objectives.
Support escalation of issues and sharing of good practice.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and BBV behaviours.
Contribute to BBV sustainability activities and project progress.
