Changing Lives is seeking dedicated Sessional Support Workers for night shifts in Doncaster, within our Housing and Homelessness services. You will support service users daily, providing coaching, encouragement and practical help to achieve safer, more independent lives, while maintaining a respectful, non-judgmental approach in a challenging environment.

Full training and ongoing supervision are provided; hourly pay reflects hours worked and will include holiday pay.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.

About the Job

Sessional Workers are integral to the running of our projects and we are looking for workers across Doncaster.

Please note there are night and day shifts available.

You will interact with our service users on a day to day basis; coaching, supporting and empowering them to achieve their hopes and aspirations, focusing on the future and encouraging positive steps to improving their quality of life.

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple projects, developing your skills and experience in what is an extremely rewarding field.

The role includes a fair hourly rate for every hour worked and also includes a payment towards holiday pay.
