Job summary

Changing Lives is seeking a Sessional Support Worker to support people through housing and homelessness services in Doncaster. You will interact with service users daily, coaching and empowering them to work towards their future goals.

There are night and day shifts available, offering exposure across multiple projects within a nationwide charity committed to changing lives. The role emphasises compassion, commitment, and flexible scheduling to meet service needs.

• Be available for night and day shifts and contribute to housing and homelessness services.

About the Service - Housing & Homelessness Services

A safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.

About the Job

Sessional Workers are integral to the running of our projects and we are looking for workers across Doncaster.

Please note there are night and day shifts available.

You will interact with our service users on a day to day basis; coaching, supporting and empowering them to achieve their hopes and aspirations, focusing on the future and encouraging positive steps to improving their quality of life.

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple projects, developing your skills and experience in what is an extremely rewarding field.

The role includes a fair hourly rate for every hour worked and also includes a payment towards holiday pay.
