Job summary

Changing Lives is a nationwide charity helping people facing challenging circumstances to make positive change. We are seeking a practical and proactive Sessional Maintenance Worker to provide responsive maintenance support across our six supported accommodation services in Westminster.

The role involves carrying out minor repairs, completing health and safety tasks, preparing vacant rooms for new residents, liaising with contractors, and helping to ensure our buildings remain safe, compliant

About the Service - Housing & Homelessness Services

A safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.
