Job summary

Changing Lives in Westminster is seeking a practical and proactive Sessional Maintenance Worker to provide responsive maintenance support across six supported accommodation services. You will carry out minor repairs, complete health and safety tasks and prepare vacant rooms for new residents while liaising with contractors to keep buildings safe, compliant and well maintained.
