Job Title: Automotive Sales Specialist

Are you passionate about sales and motoring?

We are seeking a professional and confident salesperson to join the UK's largest automotive retailer. Our sales team members are outgoing, skilled at showcasing their expertise, and dedicated to providing customers with the services and products they need.

You will work with a large team of car enthusiasts committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve driving sales across the Halfords group, coordinating vehicle repairs in our stores, garages, and at customers' homes or workplaces.

In this position, you'll collaborate with colleagues in retail stores, Autocentres, and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You should be able to work efficiently under pressure and excel at building relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
• Experience in face-to-face customer service, preferably in retail or automotive environments
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
• Experience sharing expertise with others
• Interest or experience in motoring products/services
