Job Title: Automotive Salesperson

Are you passionate about sales and motoring?

We are seeking a professional and confident salesperson to join the UK's largest retailer in automotive products and services. Our sales team is composed of individuals who are not afraid to showcase their skills to ensure customers receive the services and products they want and need.

You will work with a large team of car enthusiasts dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve driving sales across the Halfords group, coordinating repairs in our stores, garages, and at customers' homes and workplaces.

In this role, you'll collaborate with colleagues in retail stores, Autocentres, and the Halfords Mobile Expert teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires working efficiently and building strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
• Experience in face-to-face customer service, ideally in retail or automotive environments
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
• Experience in sharing expertise with others
• Interest or experience in motoring products and services
