What you’ll be doing:
- Serving and supporting customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations, proactively offering help and answering questions.
- Selecting high-quality products for customers using our On-demand grocery service and assisting with Click & Collect parcels.
- Building knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide helpful recommendations.
- Handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising.
- Working flexibly across the store as needed.
