Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Architect with deep expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. The architect will work on connecting the client CSM portal with another portal, managing all data exchange between the two portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions focusing on CSM, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals
• Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and provide governance across ServiceNow implementations
• Define and enforce best practices for platform development, integration, and configuration
