Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking a Package Consultant: ServiceNow to deliver advisory and implementation services across ServiceNow capabilities for clients in the UK. You will design, configure, and optimize workflows while collaborating with business and technical teams to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities include leading implementations, providing post-go-live support, and driving process improvements to maximize value from the ServiceNow investment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and configuring ServiceNow workflows, dashboards, reports and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: design and configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using out-of-the-box capabilities to meet client needs.
• Implementation Leadership: lead implementations from configuration through testing and deployment, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Post-Go-Live Support: support post-go-live enhancements and upgrades of medium to high complexity, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: help organizations maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment through best-practice process improvement and platform configuration.
