Qualifications

• Experience designing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow workflows and dashboards.
• Experience leading implementations from configuration through testing and deployment.
• Exposure to integrating ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
• Experience optimizing workflows, dashboards, and reports using best-practice configuration.
• Experience supporting post-go-live enhancements and upgrades.

Responsibilities
