Job Description:

Working within an industry-leading IT Service Management consultancy, you will be involved in a range of ServiceNow implementation projects, working both as part of a team and individually when required. Depending on the project scope, you will be responsible for specific module development or end-to-end implementation, from initial scoping and advising clients on solutions, through delivery, to training and hand-over to internal teams. Additional training will be provided as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of ITSM tools and ITIL fundamentals, with hands-on ServiceNow development experience, preferably within a consultancy setting. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CIS across multiple product lines are preferred. Strong communication skills and credibility with clients are essential. Experience with multiple ServiceNow implementations across various clients is advantageous but not mandatory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ServiceNow development expertise to join a respected team of consultants and developers.
