Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Product and Operations Lead - ServiceNow to drive the development and ongoing operation of the ServiceNow environment, supporting ITSM and CMDB. You will define a multi-year roadmap and partner with offshore teams to deliver platform capabilities and process improvements.

You will champion the platform across the business, drive automation and integrations, and ensure stakeholder engagement at senior levels while maintaining a focus on delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Eight to ten+ years in product management or enterprise platform ownership with ServiceNow exposure.
• CSA or CIS certifications in ITSM, CMDB, ITOM or CSDM.
• Strong financial acumen including budget ownership and ROI realization.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year ServiceNow roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Lead governance boards and engage senior directors to translate needs into deliverables.
• Oversee licensing, vendor relationships and procurement activities including SOWs.
• Keep abreast of ServiceNow product developments and network with other customers for best practices.
• Champion platform adoption and identify opportunities for workflow automation and integrations.
