The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring onsite presence three days a week, with a competitive rate of up to £613.34 per day.

Role Title: ServiceNow Product Owner

Duration: contract to run until 3/06/2026

Location: Manchester, Hybrid 3 days per week onsite

Rate: up to £613.34 p/d Umbrella inside IR35

Role Purpose / Summary

Own and evolve the ServiceNow product strategy for HAM, SAM, and CMDB. Define and maintain the roadmap, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions that optimize asset and configuration management processes. Evaluate and integrate complementary tools within the broader IT asset and configuration ecosystem. Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
