Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Pre-sales Consultant to join our client's team in the UK. The role offers a salary up to 80k, dependent on experience.

The successful candidate will have ServiceNow knowledge and be customer-centric. This role involves conveying the value of the ServiceNow Platform to prospective and existing customers, helping to achieve business objectives and resolve issues. Responsibilities include managing all pre-sales activities from bids to initiation, such as Requests for Information, requirement gathering, and demonstrations.

Role Responsibilities include:

  • Working with customers to identify opportunities for improving satisfaction and experience by maximizing the use of the ServiceNow platform according to their needs.
  • Demonstrating the ServiceNow platform’s capabilities through onsite and remote sessions, sharing practical experiences to showcase credibility and expertise.
  • Creating product demo scripts and scenarios, and maintaining demonstration environments.
  • Supporting responses to RFI/RFP documents.
  • Staying current on product developments and releases to ensure effective demos and product knowledge.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Experience working on ServiceNow projects in a client-facing role (pre-sales experience is advantageous).
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management, processes, and best practices; ITIL foundation and beyond are beneficial.
  • Experience with problem diagnosis, solution development, client communication, decision facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
