Job summary

Oxford Brookes University is seeking a ServiceNow Lead Developer to drive design, development, configuration and support of our growing ServiceNow platform. You will work with our ITS Directorate and partner teams to deliver robust solutions that empower faculties and directorates.

This is a full-time, 2-year fixed-term role with hybrid working. A ServiceNow System Administrator certification and a university degree are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experienced in platform administration, core architecture maintenance, custom application development and early-life technical support.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, able to translate requirements from non-technical stakeholders into high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, configuration and support of robust ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Product Manager to deliver enterprise-grade platform growth.
• Provide core administration and architecture maintenance to empower faculties and directorates across the university.
