Job summary

ParentPay Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, configure and customise the platform, delivering secure, scalable solutions across ITSM, CSM, mobile and portal capabilities. The role requires collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate needs into high-quality code.

You will work across ITSM and CSM streams, write clean JavaScript/HTML/CSS, and participate in reviews, testing and documentation while staying current with ServiceNow trends.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflow development and integrations.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall is desirable.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) experience.
• Experience with Mobile and Portal development.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
