Job summary

Capgemini is hiring a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in London to design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow workflow applications across Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience domains. You will build modern UIs using UI Builder and Service Portal, and connect diverse systems via IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform: focus on CX, TX, EX workflows.
• Strong understanding of customer journey optimization across marketing, sales and commerce.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS; knowledge of Glide API and automation tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow workflow applications for CX/TX/EX.
• Configure UI Builder and Service Portal for tailored dashboards and workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CRMs, HR systems, and eCommerce platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage data migration and ensure data integrity across modules and external systems.
