You will collaborate with technology and Automation Development teams, focusing on Virtual Agent and RPA flows, integrations, and performance optimization, with a hybrid-first approach and flexible working.

Qualifications

• Wide-ranging experience in developing and customising ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA.
• Excellent programming skills in JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Virtual Agent and RPA flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate and streamline the customer experience.
• Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow for automating repetitive tasks and optimizing workflow efficiency.
• Optimize ServiceNow platform performance and ensure high availability by monitoring, analysing, and resolving performance issues.
