Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their new team.

Note: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered. To be successful, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing continuously in the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.
• Utilizing ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to build modern, intuitive user interfaces.
• Integrating ServiceNow applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Managing data migration and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Required experience:

• Proven expertise with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on relevant workflows.
• Understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Skills in system integration and data management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Role is remote/flexible UK-wide, with occasional office visits.

Hiring process: two steps.

Salary: up to £75,000 annually DOE.
