Job Description:

A global business and technology transformation partner is looking to hire a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join their brand new team.

Note: Candidates who require company support to legally live and work in the UK cannot be considered.

To be successful, the candidate must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing continuously within the UK for the last 5 years.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing ServiceNow workflow solutions across various modules:
• Customer Experience Workflow Applications: Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management, Customer Service Portal
• Technology Experience Workflow Applications: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM)
• Employee Experience Workflow Applications: HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Onboarding, Workplace Service Delivery
• Building modern user interfaces using ServiceNow's Experience Layer components, including configuring the Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
• Integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub, managing data migration, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Required experience:

• Proven expertise with ServiceNow, especially in Customer, Technology, and Employee workflows.
• Understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
• Strong integration skills with external systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.

Role is remote/flexible within the UK, with occasional travel to the nearest office.

Hiring process: two steps.

Salary: up to £75,000 annually DOE.

This is a full-time, direct hire position (B2B contracts are not available).
