Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead HRSD delivery, overseeing end-to-end projects from planning to rollout in a hybrid UK environment. You will coordinate senior stakeholders, business SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery and high standards, while guiding solution design discussions and leveraging SRD capabilities.

This role offers exposure to large-scale digital transformation programmes and a collaborative Employee Experience & HR

Qualifications

Experience delivering large global ServiceNow HRSD and HRIS implementations.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery with governance, resourcing and budgeting.
Ability to articulate ServiceNow HR/AI features to clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and quality.
Manage project planning, governance, resourcing, financials and reporting.
Coordinate with senior stakeholders, business SMEs and delivery teams to align priorities and capabilities.
Lead solution discussions and engage functional/technical experts as needed.
