Job summary

Capgemini in the United Kingdom is seeking an Automation / Flow Designer Specialist to design, develop, test and optimize automations on the ServiceNow platform. You will build reusable workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub to support incident enrichment, alert routing, request fulfilment, and automated remediation, driving towards zero-touch operations.

You will contribute by creating runbooks, enrichment actions and onboarding accelerators, and by troubleshooting flow executions

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow automation and Flow Designer.
• Experience with Integration Hub, subflows, custom actions and ITSM processes.
• Ability to design runbooks, enrichment actions and onboarding accelerators.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Build reusable components and support lifecycle documentation.
• Troubleshoot flow executions and data mapping issues.
• Contribute to zero-touch operations initiatives.
