Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow workflow applications for CX, TX, and EX domains.
• Configure Next Experience UI, UI Builder and Service Portal for tailored dashboards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Manage data migration and ensure data integrity across modules.
