Job summary

DWP Digital in Birmingham is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Software Engineer to lead a team working on one of the largest ServiceNow installations in Europe. You will ensure that application development meets standards and provide technical guidance across modules for colleagues across the organization.

You will influence engineering direction, enable multiple teams, promote reuse, and own the journey with the Leadership Team.

• Experience shaping software delivery standards and best practices.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define standards for the engineering community and drive adoption across teams to deliver quality software products.
• Be an enabler for multiple teams, resolving blockers and promoting re-use and collaboration.
• Influence future delivery vision as part of the Leadership Team and guide multiple teams toward it.
• Lead and set direction for engineering teams, with strong prioritisation and self-organisation.
