Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to mentor high-performing teams and shape large-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. You will provide technical leadership, set engineering standards and collaborate with architects, product teams and senior stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable services across the organisation.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, HRSD and more.
Strong knowledge of security by design, automation and scalable architectures.
Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering best practices at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple engineering teams delivering ServiceNow solutions across modules.
Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards, quality and security.
Influence technical direction and drive continuous improvement across the platform.
Collaborate with architects, product teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centred services.
