DWP Digital is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to mentor high-performing teams, shape large-scale ServiceNow solutions, and drive engineering excellence across the platform. You will lead technical direction, ensure security and quality, and collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to deliver user-centered digital services at scale.
The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and delivering impactful outcomes for around 120,000 colleagues.
Formación
- Strong experience delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and security operations.
- Design secure, resilient and scalable solutions with security by design, automation and AI-driven operations.
- Proven track record leading investigations into complex challenges and driving evidence-based improvements.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical leadership across multiple ServiceNow modules and mentor engineering teams.
- Set engineering standards and drive best practices to deliver scalable, maintainable services.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams and stakeholders to shape large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
