Job summary

Qualifications

Experience designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to improve business processes and user experiences.
Experience working with technology teams and an Automation Development team.
Hybrid working with a blend of office, client site and home.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Virtual Agent and RPA flows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate and streamline the customer experience.
Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow for automating repetitive tasks and optimizing workflow efficiency.
Optimize ServiceNow platform performance and ensure high availability by monitoring, analysing, and resolving performance issues.
