Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and more. You will collaborate with technology and automation teams to deliver architecture-driven outcomes that improve processes and user experiences.

The role is hybrid, working across Capgemini offices, client sites, and remote work as needed. Strong design and leadership capabilities are essential to drive successful ServiceNow projects within a dynamic client

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• ServiceNow CAD and CIS certifications are preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Oversee configuration and customization of ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others).
• Develop and maintain the overall architecture of ServiceNow platforms across modules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and enhancements to leverage best features.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
