Job summary

Korn Ferry Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the ongoing development of a large-scale ServiceNow environment. The role is hybrid, with work from client hubs across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol and other regional sites.

You will join an Agile delivery team to develop approved user stories, configure ServiceNow solutions, and manage changes through testing and release, while following governance, accessibility, and secure-by-design

Qualifications

• Proven ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Experience delivering in Agile environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and data structures.
• Experience in controlled development and release processes.
• Experience testing, releasing and producing technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of accessibility requirements.
• Secure-by-design development practices.
• Ability to identify and communicate technical debt and risk.
• Desirable: ServiceNow SPM/PPM experience.

ServiceNow Developer

Location: Hybrid, able to work from one of the client hubs across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol and more across midlands and North of England.

Rate: £750 per day, inside IR35

Duration: Initial 9-month contract

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the ongoing development and enhancement of a large-scale ServiceNow environment.

Working as part of an Agile delivery team, you will develop approved user stories, configure ServiceNow solutions and support changes throughout testing and release. You'll be expected to work within established platform standards and governance while proactively identifying technical debt, risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Strong ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Agile software delivery experience
• ServiceNow integrations and data structures
• Experience working within controlled development and release processes
• Testing, release and technical documentation experience
• Strong understanding of accessibility requirements
• Secure-by-design development practices

Highly desirable:

• ServiceNow SPM / PPM experience
