Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to support a public sector ServiceNow implementation covering HRSD, Finance & Procurement Case Management, Employee Centre, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent and integrations.

The successful candidates will work within the delivery team to configure, develop, test and support ServiceNow capabilities across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development across HRSD and CSM.
• Experience building workflows, catalog items and case management.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST or SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and CSM.
• Build and maintain record producers, forms, workflows, catalog items, notifications and case management.
• Configure Employee Centre experiences and user journeys.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Support Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design discussions.
• Support unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect resolution activities.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with architects, developers, testers and business stakeholders.
