Job summary

eTeam Workforce Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month engagement in Telford, with 2–3 days onsite per week. The role covers HRSD, CSM, Employee Centre, and integrations for a public sector delivery program.

The candidate will configure, develop, test and support ServiceNow capabilities across multiple streams. The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow development experience, HRSD/CSM expertise, and strong REST/SOAP integrations.

  • Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Support Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities.
  • Participate in sprint planning and technical design discussions.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.

ServiceNow Developer (HRSD/CSM/Employee Centre)
Role Overview
  • We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to support delivery of a public sector ServiceNow implementation covering HRSD, Finance & Procurement Case Management, Employee Centre, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent and integrations.
  • The successful candidates will work within the delivery team to configure, develop, test and support ServiceNow capabilities across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and CSM.
  • Build and maintain record producers, forms, workflows, catalog items, notifications and case management capabilities.
  • Configure Employee Centre experiences and user journeys.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Support configuration of Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design discussions.
  • Support unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect resolution activities.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, developers, testers and business stakeholders.

  • CSM/Source-to-Pay Operations
  • Employee Centre/Employee Centre Pro
  • ServiceNow integrations
  • Virtual Agent and/or Now Assist
  • Experience developing case workflows, service catalogues, agent workspaces and portal experiences.
  • Experience using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer and ServiceNow Scripting.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs or IntegrationHub.
  • Experience supporting Agile delivery and test cycles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
