Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup in the UK is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a public sector implementation across HRSD, CSM, and related modules.

You will configure, develop, test and support ServiceNow capabilities; work in a delivery team across multiple workstreams; on-site 2-3 days per week in Telford, SC clearance required.

• Experience supporting Agile delivery and test cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain record producers, forms, workflows, catalog items, notifications and case management capabilities.
• Configure Employee Centre experiences and user journeys.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Support configuration of Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design discussions.
• Support unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect resolution activities.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with architects, developers, testers and business stakeholders.

ServiceNow Developer
Duration: 6 months
Pay: up to £730 per day (umbrella)
Location: Telford - 2 to 3 days on site per week
Clearance Required: SC cleared
Role Summary
