Job summary

IntelliBee is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on secure API integrations and ITSM processes. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and contribute to AI- and automation-enabled improvements.

The role emphasizes user-friendly experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, and mobile, with an emphasis on secure coding, testing, and release management.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications.
• Ability to design secure API integrations.
• Proficient in REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0 and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, ACLs, and automated testing.
• Understanding CMDB, data models, and relationships.
• User-centered design with focus on accessible, secure, maintainable solutions.
• Experience with testing, code review, and release management.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, and configurable workspaces.
• Familiar with ServiceNow AI features (Now Assist, etc.).
• Knowledge of ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or App Engine.
• Experience with automated deployment pipelines, Agile DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow apps and enhancements.
• Build secure integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server.
• Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Configure ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Catalog, CMDB.
• Create user-friendly experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, data, and performance issues.
• Apply standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, and release practices.
• Develop reusable components and documentation; support upgrades; explore AI opportunities.
